clean room organized room polite service bad smell overcrowded beach dampness smell
The room was always clean! It was well organized, too. Prashant gave great room service, and he was very polite. I also enjoyed the pool and the beautiful beach especially the horizon pool.
I booked a room with a balcony. I got a room where I could not even open a window. The hotel had a bad smell, and the rooms without windows smelled of dampness.

excellent stay
attentive staff great slides comfortable bed
i found the staff lovely and attentive. the location is at the end of the jbr. it is a bit further from the busy area (maybe a 20-minute walk). i appreciated the proximity to a 24-hour supermarket. the children's pool features great slides. the bed in the tower oceanfront room was huge and comfortable.
the noise impacted the otherwise nothing noisy. i hope this issue gets resolved soon .

the breakfast offered a wide choice, including freshly made eggs. i especially enjoyed the variety. the quality seemed consistently high (i love fresh food!).

the hotel had a children's pool, a splash pad, and a play park. there was also an indoor children's play area, equipped with lots of toys. i noticed the beach was easily accessible via a short walk or a golf cart ride.

the concierge team was cute and helpful. i received assistance with my luggage promptly. the staff ensured a smooth and efficient experience and were very polite.

the hotel is at the end of the jbr. it is close to a couple of beach clubs. i did not hear any music from the beach clubs in my room. taxis were readily available and cheap.

the staff was helpful and friendly
the all-inclusive option was disappointing food choices were limited and breakfast was not good i reminded me of i was being watched when i asked for a drink and once i was refused because i still had some left in my glass
